The Problem

Autonomous vehicles are new to the world; how do we build passenger trust?

Waymo has been on a mission to make it safe and easy for people and things to get where they’re going. To achieve that mission, Waymo relies on people's trust on its driver technology. However, there were problems in building human machine relationship. Our team helped Waymo solve communication and interaction issues between people and the Waymo driver.
